GENERAL QUESTIONS

Do you provide equipment and services for plant-based shredding?

Yes, we supply equipment and services for both plant-based shredding and mobile shredding. We have sold many plant-based parts and systems. Please contact us at 866-520-8762 to find out about our current stock of plant-based equipment. 

How many service locations do you have?

We currently have two service locations dedicated to the service and refurbishment of mobile shredding vehicles. Our main headquarters is located at 2714 S Garfield Rd., Airway Heights, WA 99001, and our other location is at 1939 Golden Heights Rd. #200, Fort Worth, TX 76177. How big are ShredSupply's facilities?

We currently occupy space in a 136,700 sq. ft. facility on about 10 acres of land in Airway Heights, WA shared with our sister company, Shredfast. This facility includes a full machine shop, paint booth, parts warehouse, fabrication shop, box shop, and assembly areas. This facility is the largest of its kind in the world. We also just relocated to a new larger facility in Fort Worth, TX.

How many people do you employ?

Currently, we employ between 12 to 15 people including mechanics, technicians, service adivisors, parts specialist, and salesman. Many of our employees have over 10+ years of experience working on industrial shredding equipment. This knowledge and expertise are what sets ShredSupply equipment and service apart.

SHREDDING VEHICLE QUESTIONS

What does Payload Capacity include?

Payload Capacity includes the vehicle with full fluids (including fuel) and a standard size operator.  The term Payload Capacity generally exceeds legal weight and could result in unlawful operation.  For Legal Payload Capacity, please contact the OEM. Do you export vehicles?

Yes, ShredSupply has exported equipment around the globe. We recondition and sell vehicles that will comply with the transportation regulations of your country. We can also supply refurbished van bodies for you to outfit with the chassis of your choice in your locality. We also regularly ship parts internationally. For more information on how we can refurbish and/or export a vehicle to meet your international needs contact us.

Do you provide on-site training?

Yes, we can provide on-site training for all of the equipment we sell. This includes everything from start-up and shut-down to preventative maintenance.

Do you accept trade-ins?

Yes, we do accept trade-ins. Please contact us with the equipment information that you are looking to trade and we can figure out the best solution for both parties.

Do you sell new Shredding Vehicles?

No, we only sell used and refurbished shredding vehicles. You can find new equipment at our sister company, Shredfast. They carry some of the industries best mobile shredding and mobile document collection vehicles as well as other equipment for the document destruction industry. PARTS QUESTIONS

Do you have parts for all makes and models of shredding vehicles?

We provide genuine OEM parts for Shredfast equipment. We provide remanufactured and aftermarket parts for all other makes and models of shredding vehicles.

Do you export parts?

SERVICE QUESTIONS

Do you provide Service nationwide?

Yes, we can dispatch one of our expert service technicians anywhere in the U.S. to service your Shredfast, Shred-Tech, UltraShred or VecoPlan shredding truck.

Do you provide on-site service?

Yes, we provide both on-site and off-site service. We can dispatch a service technician anywhere in the U.S. to service your Shredfast, Shred-Tech, UltraShred, or VecoPlan shredding truck.

Do you provide off-site service?

Yes, we provide both off-site and on-site service. We have two locations dedicated to the service and refurbishment of mobile shredding trucks. They are located in Airway Heights, WA, a suburb of Spokane, and Fort Worth, TX. We also have a tow truck that can haul a mobile shredding truck to any one of our facilities.

RENTAL QUESTIONS

How long can I rent a shredding truck?

You can rent by the day, the week, or by the month. For pricing, please contact us.

Where are your rentals located?

We have shredding truck rentals at both of our facilities located in Airway Heights, WA and Fort Worth, TX. For current availability, please contact us.

What are the makes and models of your rentals?

We have rental trucks of different makes and models and of different specifications and features. You may choose which you prefer depending on current availability. For current availability, please contact us.

Do you have NON-CDL rental trucks?

Yes, we do have NON-CDL rental trucks. However, the majority of our rentals require a CDL. Please contact us for current availability.

To get a new operations or maintenance manual you must contact the OEM of the shredding vehicle or piece of equipment that you purchased.
